Runway vs Momway
For the love of the abstract print dresses on the runway right now. Wearing one of those in my daily life would be a touch over the top…this is my compromise.
Mama goes a little bit badass.

Pairing two of the spring/summer’s hottest trends together for a lovely combination. Mom world friendly outfit, complete with a cross body satchel and comfortable, yet fierce flat gladiators.
Two things needed here; I MUST buy a pink blazer and I WILL make these shorts (or ones very similar!).

Studded Spike Pumps…beautiful, but just not practical for moms of busy little children. Plus they are a level of badass that really should be kept to girls night out and away from daycare drop off. Good news is that you can have the same studded fun in a flat safe for mom’s juggling.
Activism with a splash of colour.
One of the Spring and Summer’s hottest trends is to play with colour in more daring ways…like for instance, brightly coloured pants! Now while this outfit did get a couple of witty remarks reference batman tights (men don’t get fashion. period.), overall these wow factor skinnies got praise. I think the shade of blue makes them a bit of a safer choice than their hot pink counterparts that have been gracing the magazine pages.
My Earth Week Daily T-Shirt is the best one of the week…”I do it outdoors”…Walking that is! I swear I’m talking about walking ;) I received this shirt after giving a donation to the Toronto and Region Conservation. It was made by Me to We, so it is a wonderful organic cotton/bamboo blend and made in Canada!
